Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the website lightinus.com between the provider and the customer. Any conflicting or deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless expressly agreed in writing by the provider.

2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with the provider of the website lightinus.com. The provider’s contact details can be found in the imprint/legal notice of the website.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of products and services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

  2. By clicking the “Buy” or “Order” button, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.

  3. The contract is only concluded once the provider expressly confirms the order by email or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed separately.

  3. Payment shall be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  1. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

  2. Delivery times stated are non-binding unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

7. Warranty and Liability

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.

9. Dispute Resolution

The provider is not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

  1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
